Our boards are made of Ponderosa Pine and Tennessee Aromatic Red Cedar that's hand picked at the distribution point in Port Townsend, WA . This way, we can assure that the our wood has the character, texture and colors that meet our standards. One other feature unique to our boards is the final finish; multiple poured applications of a two-part glass-like clear polymer that protects and beautifies year after year. Boards come with a full felt bottom cover, metal pegs and a fitted soft flannel tote bag. The 18 inch boards have a card and peg locker on the underside and most come with scoring holes on the board face .
